As a Carpenter, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional carpentry services for our custom home building projects. You will be trained alongside experts and get to work on unique, high-quality projects, from framing to finishing touches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on framing, door/window installation, trim work, and specialty finishes.
• Set up and maintain job sites according to safety standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and clients effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to learn from seasoned carpenters.

Qualifications:

• Experience in framing and finish carpentry, or willingness to learn and gain hands-on experience.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage tools, materials, and work areas effectively.
• Valid driver's license required.

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Total Compensation OTE: $70,000-$80,000/year
• Pay: $25 to $32 per hour, based on experience/skills.
