While our team handles a variety of carpentry needs, we are especially interested in candidates with hands-on experience installing&nbsp;<strong>cabinetry, doors, trim, millwork, and other finished architectural details</strong>.</p><p style="font-size: small; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy seeing a high-end project come together through quality craftsmanship, we would like to hear from you.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Install kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry.</li><li>Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry.</li><li>Install doors, windows, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and other trim.</li><li>Complete punch-list and detail work to a high standard.</li><li>Make field adjustments and modifications as needed for proper fit and finish.</li><li>Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and measurements.</li><li>Work safely and maintain clean, organized job sites.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with project managers, other carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners.</li><li>Assist with other carpentry and construction tasks when needed.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>3+ years of professional carpentry experience</strong>, preferably in finish carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or custom residential construction.</li><li>Demonstrated experience installing cabinets, trim, doors, millwork, or similar finished products.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.</li><li>Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install finished materials.</li><li>Comfortable working with standard carpentry tools and equipment.</li><li>Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to adapt to different projects and assist with other carpentry work as needed.</li><li>Valid driver's license required.</li></ul><p style="font-size: small; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Experience working in&nbsp;<strong>custom homes, residential remodeling, or high-end residential construction</strong>&nbsp;is strongly preferred.</p><h3><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></h3><ul><li>Full-time, W-2 employment</li><li><strong>$25-$38+ per hour</strong>, based on experience and skills</li><li><strong>Total Compensation OTE: $70,000-$85,000/year</strong></li><li>401(k) with matching contributions</li><li>Group health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Performance evaluations with bonus opportunities</li></ul><h3><strong>Why Worthington &amp; Shagen?</strong></h3><p style="font-size: small; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">At&nbsp;<strong>Worthington &amp; Shagen Custom Builder, Inc.</strong>, craftsmanship matters.
